Applications are invited for teaching posts from the academic year 2024-25, please refer the advertisement and the instructions below carefully before proceeding to fill the application form.

Please note that the application has TWO parts; Part A and Part B.
You need to fill Part A online. A printout of the same along with photocopies of all mark sheets, experience certificate, Caste documents (wherever applicable) and all other relevant documents must be submitted along with the form. Please put a recent colored photograph.
Similarly, you need to prepare the Part B in a given format, take printout and attach the documents.
Please attach only front page of research paper/patent/ book cover etc.
This application form (Part A & B) need to be submitted in person / by Courier / by post so as to reach on or before 5.00 pm, 3rd July 2024; along with a D.D. of Rs. 800/- (Open category) and Rs.500/- (reserved category) in favor of Principal, Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, payable at Mumbai.
Institute may conduct written exam / apply suitable scrutiny criteria if number of applicants are too many with respect to the available seats.
For the position of Assistant Professor, the selection process will be as follows:

Forms received after due date, forms without relevant documents / photograph, without candidate sign, without recommendation from referees, without application fees, without hard copy of Part A and Part B will not be considered. No communication in this regard will be entertained.
Institute follows AICTE recommendations with regards to salary. Currently all employees get salaries as per 7th pay recommendations with Dearness Allowance 46%
Institute is open to give additional increments for deserving candidates as per the recommendation of the selection committee.
Candidates willing to apply for multiple positions need to apply separately for each position and also pay the fees accordingly.
Candidates belonging to VJ/NT (NT- B, NT- C, NT- D) category can apply against the post of DT (A). The selection against the above post is subject to the decision of the Selection Committee.
